About Polyetherimide (PEI)

Polyetherimide (PEI) is a high-performance amorphous thermoplastic polymer known for its outstanding thermal, mechanical, and chemical properties. With its inherent flame retardancy, excellent dimensional stability, and exceptional strength, PEI is widely used in aerospace, electronics, medical, and automotive industries. Often marketed under the trade name Ultem®, PEI provides an excellent balance of performance and processability.
